Nexus Trail System

Walk • Jog • Run • Ride

Nexus will have miles of sidewalks, paths and greenway trails offering residents an exceptional pedestrian system throughout the community for walking, jogging, biking and golf carts.

  • Sidewalks in all neighborhoods linking homes to major throughways and trails.

  • An 8' wide Multi-Modal path leading from West Albert Gallatin Avenue south along Nexus Boulevard to Red River Road.

  • A 10' wide Greenway leading from the trailhead at Albert Gallatin Avenue along the creek and preservation area.

  • Trailhead with parking area

  • Construction underway with phased openings underway now along the Multi-Modal paths and the first leg of Greenway anticipated to begin Spring 2025.
